6.2/10

My stay at Together Co-Living Melbourne was a mixed bag. While the location was perfect for visiting family and nearby markets, the state of the room and some service aspects left a lot to be desired. The pool and gym were nice perks, but the disruptive noise and cleanliness issues really detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small and had its flaws, like dirt in the bathroom and a broken air conditioning unit that made noises all night. Also, the furnishings felt outdated, like the crazy smell and spider webs I encountered.
Service
5.0
The check-in process was frustrating, taking ages and resulting in the wrong room assignment. When I needed help with the keycard, staff were more busy chatting than assisting.
Location
9.0
The location is a total win! It's super close to public transport and markets, which made getting around a lot easier for my needs.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were available but pricey for what was on offer. The breakfast sounded good but didn’t feel worth it in the end.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities like the pool and gym were nice, plus having access to a shared kitchen was convenient, but it wasn’t consistent overall.

6.4/10

My stay at Together Co-Living in Melbourne was a mixed bag. While the location was convenient and affordable, I faced several issues that impacted my experience. The heating in my room was inadequate, making my nights uncomfortable. Additionally, the intermittent fire alarms added to my frustrations. 😕 Overall, the value for money was decent, but the execution could definitely be better.

Rooms
5.0
The room I had was small and offered a decent view, but not particularly well-maintained. The heating system was centralized, and despite my repeated requests, it didn't work effectively. 🥶 I even had to sleep with the heater set at a scorching 32°C, but it still felt cold.
Service
5.0
The staff varied in attentiveness. While some were helpful, others were dismissive and seemed inconvenienced by my requests. I had to call the front desk multiple times regarding heating issues, which was frustrating. However, there were moments when staff were accommodating, making it a bit of a mixed experience.
Location
7.0
The location was great for my needs, being close to public transport. Access to trams was a plus, but I wish they had a way to top-up Myki cards on-site. I enjoyed the easy connectivity to the city, which was a major benefit for my stay.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were available, but nothing to rave about. The breakfast I had was reasonably priced, but the offerings didn't impress me much. There could definitely be improvements in this area to enhance the overall experience.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were somewhat lacking, with insufficient maintenance in shared areas like the kitchen. There were issues like a broken oven and a smelly bathroom drain. Despite that, amenities like laundry service and housekeeping were present, but often felt underwhelming.

5.4/10

My stay at Together Co-Living was quite disappointing. While the location was convenient and the rooms were clean, the overall experience was marred by several maintenance issues. The service left a lot to be desired as well, which made my time here frustrating, to say the least.

Rooms
5.0
I found the room to be small and in need of renovations. My air conditioning barely worked, and there were issues with cleanliness. The carpets certainly needed replacing and there were no basic amenities like teacups or cookware provided, forcing me to buy my own.
Service
5.0
The staff were with using the bare minimum to fulfill requests, and I felt like there was a lack of attention to detail. For example, I was given a room that did not match what I paid for, and when I raised concerns, the reception could have handled it with more professionalism.
Location
7.0
On a positive note, the location was excellent for easy access to transport and local restaurants. It was a short drive to the city, which made it very convenient for my plans.
Dining
5.0
The dining options downstairs were decent enough for quick bites, but nothing to write home about. The breakfast could have benefited from a more diverse menu that went beyond the basic offerings.
Facilities
5.0
There were some good facilities, like the gym, but it always felt overcrowded. The slow elevator was a constant nuisance during my stay, and the communal kitchen had limited availability, making meal prep difficult.

7.4/10

Overall, my stay at Together Co-Living in Melbourne was a mixed bag. The service was friendly and helpful, but the facilities could use some improvement. I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and community activities, yet there were a few drawbacks regarding cleanliness and room condition.

Rooms
6.0
While my room was comfortable, it could definitely benefit from a deep clean. I noticed some cleanliness issues, like rubbish around bins near the lifts. The shared shower and toilet situation was not ideal either.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly, which made a positive impression. However, there were instances where requests seemed to be forgotten, requiring a reminder. Overall, I appreciated their willingness to assist.
Location
7.0
The location was quite convenient for accessing public transport, which was a big plus. I liked that it was on a main road yet relatively quiet. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the train station, which worked for me.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered some nice options to start my day. Although the restaurant could feel a bit chilly at times, the food was generally good and I liked the variety available.
Facilities
6.0
The communal kitchen and laundry were handy, though they could get quite crowded. The hotel also featured a swimming pool, which was a nice touch, but the overall maintenance of certain areas needs attention.

5.6/10

I had a mixed experience at Together Co-Living Melbourne. While the location was great for accessing public transport and the city, my stay was marred by several service issues. The room I stayed in was small but served its purpose, though it lacked basic amenities like cups and toiletries. Overall, I can't say I’d rush back unless improvements were made.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small yet adequate for sleeping, with a nice bathroom. However, I was disappointed to find it never got cleaned during my 7 nights. I also lacked basic amenities, which was frustrating for the price I paid.
Service
5.0
Some reception staff were friendly, but I faced a lot of issues regarding room cleaning and provisions. It felt like there was a lack of attention to detail.
Location
8.0
The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport, which made getting around Melbourne convenient. It was ideal for the events I attended.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite limited and not worth the price, with breakfast falling flat. I had better luck at the cafe across the parking lot.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities like the gym and parking lot were decent. However, the lack of attention to housekeeping significantly impacted my stay.
